Sporty Vacay is an intimate retreat in a private oceanfront villa in Madeira, created by Rudolfs (Personal Trainer & Yoga teacher) and Ilva (Physiotherapist & Art Therapist).
We don’t believe in "quick fixes." We believe in a structured, supportive week designed around how your body actually works. Whether you are looking to move past chronic pain, build strength safely, or simply reset a stressed nervous system—we provide the professional bridge between where you are and where you want to be.
Why Madeira? We chose Madeira for its "eternal spring" climate, which makes it ideal for staying active year-round. The island is home to the Laurisilva, an ancient laurel forest that provides incredibly clean mountain air. For our hikes, we use the levadas—historic stone water channels that wind through the mountains. These paths offer a steady, level way to explore the quiet forest and enjoy the island's natural landscape.

Daily Private sessions
Small Group — Personal Approach. We work with limited group of only 5 to 10 guests. This allows us to have one personal private session a day with you in which we focus only on your needs.

MEET YOUR HOSTS
Hi! We are Rudolfs and Ilva—a married couple from Latvia and the founders of Sporty Vacay.

Rudolfs:
A Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience, Rudolfs integrates his background in track and field, basketball, and kickboxing with his certifications in yoga and massage therapy. He delivers workouts designed to build lasting athleticism, helping you feel "sporty" long after the vacation ends.
Ilva:
A Physiotherapist, Art Therapist, and Yoga teacher, Ilva focuses on the fine details of body mechanics. With a blend of passion and grounded authority, she ensures every session is tailored to your specific physical needs. Her expertise helps you move with more confidence, precision, and safety.
